Woah, i wish i lived in the USA, In new zealand bichirs (less than 4 inchs) are nearly impossible to get and senegals/palmas or delhezi if available are NZ$169 (US$105) and ornates are NZ$199 (US$125)

To be able to get bichirs for $30 would be so sweet! you people are so lucky!!

my lfs has ornate babies for $50 and another place near me has a 20" ornate for $100
 
Ornate babies around here range anywhere from $65 to $85 depending on store. I keep shopping the ones that hire high school kids hoping someone will miss price them one day.

man forget the senegalese for$20 even though thats a steal get the ORNATE for a bill looks better and damn near full grown. yo how do all of your catfish get along? because you will need a much bigger tank from about 240 - 300+gallons for those soon to be monster catfish.

tthe cats get along fine i might get a birchir from a guy in VA. for like around $20 and they are 10" and 11"

that wont even be big enough a tsn will get atleast 3 feet prob 4 mabye more...
