The worst insult to fish aggression

Is a complete ignoring of the aggression :D

I got a 9 inch aro shipped to me yesterday and put him in with my little 3 inch GT. Probably a bit less than 3 inches.

Anyway this GT really has some balls, within 10/20 seconds it was getting in this MUCH bigger aro's face, biting it's side and nipping it's fins etc, then I felt so sorry for it.

It made such a brave move, and the aro just acted like it wasn't even there. No aggression or fear back, just completely ignored the little GT and carried on gliding around :D

The GT looked confused and despondant.
 
lol thats makes for hours of viewing fun. just make sure that it wont bite off the aros eyes
or surprise the aro that he ends up jumping out.
 
when i was working at my lfs i seen channel cats biting a 2 foot aro and the aro didnt seem to care.i moved the aro in another tank
 
Suprised the arros didn't swallow him. My Arrow had a stand off with my ATF (RIP) he finally got tired of getting pushed around and took a stand. Maybe he just figures that the GT isn't worth his effort of getting mad. where my arrow was in fear of his life so had to establish a boundry.
 
you could also move your decor around so that your lil fishy might feel the need to re-establish its territory
 
I never saw any signs of aggression from my aro, but it would try to eat anything it thought it could fit in its mouth lol

GT can be nasty little devils. had a small one kick a pb i hads ass all over the place. it was funny
