best fish for a 20 gallon tank

electric blue ahli would not be ok in a 20 gallon tank, i have one in a 75 gallon and i wish he had more swimming space

and definitly stay away from the oscar idea suggested by mostafa^
I probly dont need to say this, but those oscars grow like weeds so a 20 gallon might last a couple weeks
