what do you do for a living

Clinical Engineer. I maintain hospital equipment. There is a list a mile long of other stuff that I do, but the main goal is to keep the place running.

I work as a Biomedical engineer for an international medical company here in aus.
Just started an advanced diploma in electronic engineering also.

Ever worked on Level 1, graseby, deltec, medex, BCI or Pnepac?

Our roles sound quiet similar :)

Whats the money like over there?

I used to work on pentax scopes and steris was the main reason they would come back, used to destroy the plastic housings. Baxter is a huge company! haven't heard of the others.

My boss would think i'm :screwy: if i gave out technical advice over a fish forum

Hey, is it the same story over there.... nurses have a tendancy to break everything they touch?

I shouldn't generalize like that, i'm sure there are a lot of switched on nurses out there.
