Joey, i attach the hose to that only when pumping water back in. I find that it restricts
water flow ( when using a pump ) and takes a bit longer when draining water from the tank.

Lol. Don't worry Wes, happened to me last week. Flooded the basement again. Well bec i forgot that i was doing water change and i was watching entourage lol. I never use the sink during summer. The hose goes straight to the lawn 
Wives hardly find anything that we do funny at all. It just gives us more fuel to overreact when they do something really dumb, haha. Let it burn in your mind.
