tsn to grow out in 90g?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yes i spent about 3 months debating and thinking about doing this project. i want a redtail and tsn in an indoor pond pretty soon. it seriously boggles my mind on how big these guys get and thats the beauty of these large cats.

Just be sure you have plent of food in there for them, that might be the only problem with a tank that big and cats that small. I would recommend live ghost shrimp, blood worms, and hikari carnivore sinking pellets ~Trent

the pond will be 2ft deep. like one of those 300 gallon rubbermaid tubs. if i can fit it through my door, possibly a larger tub.

amazonfishman, i was worried about that too.how would i go about feeding them in such a large space? i dont want the food to sit near them. i was thinking maybe a long pipe to drop the food near them. as far as feeding goes, they are on the carnivore pellets and im trying to get them on other frozen foods.

When they get bigger get a set of plastic tongs you can feed each fish. I brought my TSN up on Mussels and prawns.
