any car tunners out there?????

just wondering if there a any one into tunning cars or work on there cars?, im just about to start a project car, its a 91 honda civic 4dr. now u might say why that car well... its a tiny car, really light, and it was $300 and im a cheapo and they are very cheap to work on and when im done its gonna be a " alittle show and all go" car and now im starting to work on the motor and was wondering what should i go with a turbo kit or supercharger kit which is better?? also which is more powerful???

hey bro. dont get me wrong i love those old cars that my grandparents used to drive to go to play bingo and to shoprite lol!!! btw... they had a challenger and it flue like a mofo!!! but im just not into having a car that comes with 300 or 400 hp and wieghts 30,000lbs and all u have to do is buy three parts and it has 600hp. i dont find that impressive what i find awsome is when u get a car that might have 20-30hp and create 600hp or more then go to the track a blow away every trailer park ferrari (A.K.A) mustang around except for those dam pro-outlaw ones that sneak up on u and busts a 7.88.0sec . like last week that guy sux lol...but anyway what should i go with turbo or supercharger???????
