Hey, I have some questions..future trip to aquascape :)

Hey,

I'm just wanted to ask is your facility open to the public or only by appoinment?

The fish listed on your site for sale...will they be in your facility at the time of purchase?

I ask this because I'm thinking of purchasing some sengals, cats...and possibly other fish but woudn't want to worry about shipping if your like a 30 min drive.

Yes he has a regular shop with set hours, was just there a few weeks ago. I would probably call and check to make sure he has what you want in stock. They do a lot of walk in business and can get real busy sometimes.

I have been twice now when they were just closed during normal hours. E.g yesterday. Was going to make a purchase that would hurt the bank account. Are they going to be open at all this weekend?

make sure you call and talk to someone bc despite there posted hours and many complants they continue to be open when they want to be, like yesterday they were closed

Yes we are open to the public. If you would like to double check what we have that is fine. sometimes the online inventory is a little off because of the walk-ins. PM me what you would be interested in and I could let you know what we have.

Why is it that there are always comments about us being closed, but no one mentions the times they have come here during businees hours. If I am not mistaken, since your complaint about us not being open, (2 months ago), you have been here twice, i believe, during normal business hours.

I do appologize for that. However, we were closed for the holiday weekend. I will be here today and tomorrow until 8pm and on Saturday as well. When this has happened before, we try to make it right with the customer. So if you would like to take a trip down, I will try my best to make up for your last trip.
