Anyone else love biggie?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
and him and mase were great on mo money mo problems, diddy compliments biggie perfectly in my opinion

how old are you? if he makes that song without a meaning behind it, it goes unnoticed. it was only big because of the perfect storm

quoted the wrong message but you already know i'm refering to i'll be missing you

Ya I realize that it was perfect timing, but I think it would still be a very good song even if Biggie hadn't died at that time

i'm going to politely disagree with that. i guess we're all going to like what we like regardless but the national hype and the blowing up of that song does not happen if biggie doesn't die. it doesn't even get made without the death! A great song should be great regardless of what it's tied to. it's like mariah carey's bye bye, all she needed was someone famous to pass away and she'd have struck gold too. i've heard a ton of good rap songs for/about people who have passed away but nobody cares because it's not tied to someone they know

Bone thugs n harmony The Crossroads is better then i'll be missing you anyday of the week
