Been with me for a little over a month. 4 of them have grown about half an inch... the rest are still the same size... but they've all gained weight. One got killed by a bigger sibling.

Jeb that new male you have now is gorgeous bro!! i love your new pair and congrats on your new spawn too.

here is my group of festae from back in February, they are ranging from 1-2" here and i raised this group from eggs without the parents

And here is my most recent post i took yesterday, they are 2.75-4.75" i only have 6 left from the first video and i added 6 wild from a different source to this video

I have raised festae over the last few years and thoroughly enjoy watching them growout. ive had different results with each group of growouts too. i had one group that went from 1.5" to 8" in 6 months and another group that took a year for the same growth. Ive never had an issue with bloat or deaths from conspecific after they hit 2" but i also dont keep them in a group after they hit 5-6" either lol this time i might let them stay together a lil longer if i dont get a pair before then.

Here are my babies !!! They are 1.5 inch to 4 inches.
They are wild caught from peru.
The biggest one is the one with the more blue color.
