what the best anenome for a percula to host something that will stay in the same place or not move much colorful and reef safe and that stays rather small and has a low price tag 20-30$ range any one have any suggestions?

Yes...RBTA...you can get these with crazy colors these days...but those will cost a little more.

RBTA clones (just red) can be found for the $30 you are looking at easily.

As far as movement...that is up to you to be a good keeper, and the anemone to then decided where it wants to settle. Any sort of disturbance, h2o change, new bulbs, new flow...can set them off and get them moving again. So beware.

i dont know any saltwater abbreviations what are the names of them not abbreviations lol

ANY anemone has the ability to move & sting their neighbors. Bubbletip anemones can get quite huge. Mine was 1', before it split. Better to get a coral they might host in. Also, if I remember, your tank hasn't been established that long. You need to wait until your parameters have been stable for a minimum of 6-12 months before adding one.

my friend has had it setup for about 2 years and i have had it setup fior a few months so it has all the BB in the bioballs and params have been stable the whole time i have it the only problem i had was small nitrate spike and i did a WC and that fixed it so do you think i still shouldnt get one? thanks for you SW smarts lol i dont have many but am learning :)
EDIT: i know all of them can i have just heard that some are more able to move around

Not exactly stable then...

How big is that tank again??

Give it another 3 months of stable parameters, before considering an anemone. How about some anthelia? that stuff moves around nicely. Even with a nem, there's no guarantee your percs will be hosted by it. Are they wild or captive bred?

You can't edit anything here after like, 20 minutes after it's posted. :(

If CB, it is not guaranteed they'll ever be hosted by anything. Mine never did...
