Festae or C. Uropthalmus?

So my work got in a "Red Terror" today. I think its a Uro just want a second opinion. I've been looking for a Fastae for a while and was considering just settling for this one. But I'm not sure Uro's color doesnt appeal to me as much as a Festae. Its the same picture, also the only one I have I took it with my iPhone and had the HDR setting on so it took 2 I posted them both if one helps more than theother, etc.

Yup, you got a red terror but your suspicion that it's a uro is correct.
 
Thanks guys for the quick response. I was really hopeing I didnt know what I was tlking about and it would be a Festae. >.<
 
Yeah, not a festae... but heck, man... that is still one nice looking fish! I know how you feel though... my ongoing quest to acquire a female festae continues...

Definitely a Uro. On the festae the spot at the caudal fin is round and sometimes a little higher up.

Agreed Uro, also the "Y" band for true festae is missing. I only know the difference because I fell for it too.. Great looking fish either way. I actually really like Uro's, just because festae look nicer doesn't take away any beauty from this species IMO..
