Did they ship all of the rays in the same box? Bag on top of bag?
Looks like the one that died had some ammonia burn... But if they were delayed for 24 hrs before you could pick them up, thats one of the big reasons.
Glad the others lived. The males are beautiful. Cant wait till the female gets bigger and her marbling comes out more...
Congrads. and not sure how they messed up your order, but hey, getting an extra male at no cost is always a good deal.

they did ship them 2 and 2 in a dual plastic bag in a box with some newspaper and polystyrene.
i think the dead one had neaver make it,it was awful thin...
the female is looking better for each day. same for the males are starting to show more colours as they get healthier
it is always nice with more than expecting..
