  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
no i have one of those exact ones in my 32 too and honestly its a piece of crap compared to my jagers. it is way over what i need to heat it and i had to turn it all the way up to get it to 86 lol. you are right that it doesnt have any calibration though. i ordered two 150 watt ebo jagers off of ebay for 15 bucks a piece and they are working like a charm. they took forever to find but look around you should find somthing if you are looking for a new one.

Which sucks cause those were both 29 bucks.... uugghhh

I have two of those heaters in my two 10 gallon tanks. I do not think they can be calibrated, mine are off too by a few degrees. I haven't tried cranking up the temp, I keep mine at about 78 degrees.

Those look like Aqueon to me I have 2 250 watt Aqueon heaters in my 120 and they work fine set at 80 degrees.

dam 2 heaters for a those small tanks? where do u guys live? lol

What kind of water movement do you have in the tank?

It is a 20 gallon tank with 2 50w heater I don't think dead spots are an issue.
