Today my MM died........ sudden loss of appetite and then he was gone within 24 hours.

Meanwhile, hundreds of miles away in my Arizona home, my Jardini also died, somehow an entire container of food was knocked into the tank while I was away and I come to find him upside down in a cloud of dissolved pellets, Probably the worst site in fish keeping that I've seen personally. Both passed within hours of each other....

I'm no homicide investigator so i didn't measure them in death but the Jar was over 16" easily and my buddy that I named King couldnt have been more than 8"

No current pics either but I'll try to get a youtube vid of King when he was just introduced to his new home. The excess gravel u see in the vid had since been cleaned up.

Could a mod make my vid embedded please. I guess i'm unsure on how to do it.

thanks to everyone. Im still shocked that I would lose 2 in a matter of hours in completely unrelated events. The brutal reality of fish keeping I guess. These were my first and second losses, everything until now was great.

Man!!!! That's a :nutkick:!!!!!

Things like this happen.. Kind of the nature of the beast... Very sorry for your loss. Just don't let this coincidence bring you down..
