Most aggressive aquarium fish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Regarding saltwater sharks and aggression, I believe the Bull Shark is widely considered to be the most aggressive, with the Mako not far behind.

great white are not as aggressive as tiger! GW are just big and curious, and they try to eat every thing rather than attack everything!
actually bull sharks are teh most aggressive shark, tehy have higher testosterone levels then any of the others and are responsible for most of the attacks

and actually i also forgot tiger sharks are known as that dmpster of the sea because they are the oens that actually eat everything, tehy have found tires cans license plates all sorts of garbage in its belly

Mosquito fish, puffers, CAE, Betta, Blind Cave Tetras, Phagos and of course the cichlids that everybody mentioned.

But the title goes to Leporinus!

I am gonna have to say Asian Red tail Cat they will try to kill anything kept in the same tank with them I have heard of them attacking and killing South American redtails twice their size.

not to mention bull sharks can swim up rivers. The only shark that can adapt itself temporarily to fresh water. jaws was believed to be a bull shark

Back to the sharks again?.....Does anyone even keep Bulls,Makos and Great Whites in a home aquarium?

I have no idea. But I too, would like to say the snake head of all varieties. (giant, and otherwise). Last week on a National Geographics series (I think, Hooked) featured the snakehead and how the foreign introduction of these fish was destroying American waters.
