Weird stuff coming out from my filter everytime i off and on it

everytime i wash my filter or off and on it, there are weird stuff coming out from it... it looks like algae but i cant be sure of it

It is most likely just particulates that loosened up when you rinsed out your filter. This can also happen from just turning your filter on and off. I would not worry about it filters almost always spit something out when you turn them on or off or service them

Always get a bit of junk from my tubing on my canisters.

Just gunk that built up in your tubes. I wash mine out with a tube brush when I clean out my filters so I dont have those issues.

When was the last time you thoroughly cleaned the filter. I see someone already mentioned that it can happen when you turn them off and on.
