lol thanks for the input, I had two guppies in there I was using their fry as treats for my other fish but then I got bored and just fed them to my oscar
If I were mine, I would plant it as best I could (prolly low light plants like java ferns and crypts) and get maybe 6 male feeder (wild type) guppies. These guys stay smaller than fancy guppies, and their colors are actually quite nice once you get them in a calmer environment. Oh, and maybe a ghost shrimp or two.
Or plant it and get a betta. I prefer the female ones.
No, neons are schooling fish and need to be in a minimum of group of 6.
Furthermore they are very active fish and require lots of swimming space. Minimum requirement would be at least a 10g
