jst got 4 baby largemouths and 4 crawdads 72g bowfront build

a friend of mine has a farm pond and we went fishing and he let me take home some baby largemouths and a few crawdads..my goal is to breed crawdads for fish food and hopefully once the bass get bigger to have a breeding pair..

right now their diet is rosey reds and tiny cut up pieces of nightcrawler..they are currently in a 15-20g tank..i'll post pics if anyone would like to see..

i got the 72g bowfront in storage that i will b getting out soon..going all natural on this..i raised a largemouth bass when i was around 9 years old..i raised it from just about 5-7 inches until it was 20plus inches..
 
What size tank was your 20" LMB in and how long did you have him? Also what were you feeding and how much and how many times a day/week?

had him in a 200g tank..i had him about 1 1/2 - 2 years..i was feeding him golden shinners..about a few dozen a week and baby mice lizards bluegill etc..water changes once a month no heater just kept it all natural..

these little guys arent so little anymore lol..they are growing quick and they are fat..they eat cut up pieces of nightcrawlers in the morning followed by feeder fish for lunch and cut up crawlers for dinner..they are highly aggressive..
 
be careful with 4 of em, they can be highly territorial and getting a surviving breeding pair out of them at that small size will be very very challenging without them dying
