Hello,

someone wants to get rid of his 13 inch jardini!
it has no place to go except for my tank..

my tank is 380g and has a 13.5 channa aurantimacula in it a 11/12 inch jaguar cichlid
a pumkinseed about the size of 7.5 inch some green sunfish size 5.5 inch to 8.5 inch
a spotted gar 12 ich a polyptherus weeksie 13 inch a european perch 10 inch and a pleco 10 inch

somehow this al works everybody eats is heapy and healty and have been for more then a year now!

what will happen when i put the jardini in..
i have heard that jardinis can be trouble makers
but my small channa lucius have eaten 1 silver arowanas and 1 black arowna in my smaller tank
so im a little afraid of the channa ..
he didnt eat anny of the smaller fish somtimes he chases them and bites them it leaves a bitmark .. but nothing special

so basicly get the aro or not ^^?

Hi

bad idea, aurtantimaculata are subtropical, jardini are tropical.

Agreed. It isn't really that hard for people to do a little research before needing to ask these questions!
Looks like the OP already has Auranti in a tropical setup poor Channa!

Iv seen jars and snakeheads "work" together.

My mate has 2 ft plus micro channa with a 20" jar.

Not sayin it wil work for everyone though but it can

jars are awesome my green aro and silvers have the same sort of aggression though, it depends on the individual fish personality too
