Joining the cichlas. After looking for kelberis here in my area for a long and couldn't find any so decided to get whatever I can get. So I got myself 3x 15-18" Cichla cf. ocellaris "brokopondo".

Well thanks! I'm glad they end up in my tank rather than someone who can't take care of them.

that depends on your definition of 'taking care of them' - i dont think there are many people who would spend the money on fish like that and not take care of them! i think if someone else bought them they would house them in a large enough tank (like yours) but without so many fish - theres being overstocked and then there is your tank - totally ridiculous!

I've been around here for far too long in MFK and many people already know and how I take "Good" care of my fish. Lol! What you think they gonna die on me due to my overstocking. You're wrong boy. Stop wasting your time here. Best to take care of your own fish.

Nice to see big brokos, they are my favorite.....they look great. GD thats a sexy species.....
Thanks!!! Yes they are indeed sexy. Just need to get these Cichla kelberi, Cichla piquiti, Cichla monocullus and Cichla orinocensis to my collection. Anyone know who sells them. Only temensis and monos are available here.
