This is Josh of joshntarri. Just wanted to say how much I love Central and South American Cichlids. My favorite of all are my Oscars. We have 6, 2 albino, 2 red tiger, 1 red and one who is black and grey. Next in line are my green terrors, 3 of them, and my 2 jaguars. Just want to be upfront right from the start. These are my fish, and I know them. On another forum, people just had to run their mouths. They were always saying my terrors would kill everything, if the jags didn't kill first. I am so over people telling me how my fish are. I don't want that happening here. So far, I like this forum. Just keep your opinions about my fish to yourselves.

What is the reason for this post? Are you looking for advice or just to let everyone know what fish you have?
hello and welcome,i think where ever you go your going to get an opinion but if it is working for you then great,sound like a nice collection you have there what sizes are your fish and how long have you had them.i have found in the past that if you have this sort of set up the agresion is spread out and not concentrated on one or two particular fish you must have some good filtration as well, be good to get a run down of your complete set up.
We have 15 tanks here as of today. Just tired of people bad mouthing the aggressive fish. Those were just a few of the fish we have.
any pics ,honestly there is no need to be so defensive round here every one is pretty cool and laid back,from what i have seen the only thing that gets people pi££ed is poor living conditions and idiots,so get some pics up and share
Yes everyone is entitled to their opinion. Most of our fish are still juvies and all get along well. I had a Red Devil for a long time I know how they can turn out. I hope ours stay cool with each other but if not we will move them. Yes we have 4x55G plus one in the garage. I (Tarri) will ask for help now and then. Josh well he is a do it your self guy and researches online. @ Driftwood if you know what we have you will be better to help me later. lol Thanks Tarri
Ok lol we will. We do our best it seems like we are always cleaning, hospitaling, or jailing some fish but we love them all even the messy Oscars them the most!! Welcome to MFK, this is a great site with a mix of new and veteran fish keepers. I will say opinions are expressed freely around here but as long as it's done civilly and with the well being of the fish in mind it's all good. Very sensative or thinned skinned individuals might find it diffacult at times, however personal attacks, profanity and generally nasty comments are not tolerated. Some debates do get heated but like I said if people express themselves civilly and avoid getting viscious those debates usually end up being the most educational (on several levels) for all involved.
