My Green Terror; the worlds toughest fish.

I don't think anybody was trolling you Dormy. And a 90g is a great home for a red devil or a GT. Good luck with your fish.

18 inches. Some grow over 2 feet in aquariums, but most don't im told.

haha.. yeah.. don't always believe what you are told.

I have a 1500 gallon tank, and it's not really what I would call big enough for a pacu or I would have one.

your pacu is over four years old and living in a 90 gallon tank, it IS stunted, and there is no denying it.

It is a pity that om many of these great fish are being deprived of good quality care due to ignorant owners, im sure that people should have to get licenses to keep fish that grow over a certain size, or am i just being silly ?

Hahaha I love hearing the crackle of flames from the fire burning so hot

Soon, OP, you will learn to live in the land of perfection w multiple fx5s, pool filter sand, the perfect tankmate combos (once you get over 1000 posts you can start to overstock your tank w odd tankmates that usually never work but you'll be praises because you have a lot of posts), rescuing fish, and keeping nitrates at 5ppm or less at all times (mainly due to your 3 fx5s on your 125), massive bottles of prime and the perfect python adapter to your sink!

You will learn young one

Believe it or not a 90g is one bigass tank.

No it's not. A 90 only 12" longer and several inches taller than my 40B. And remember, you are on a board called MonsterFishKeepers. 90 gallon tanks are a drop in the bucket here.
