who has the biggest pbass??

who wants to show me photos of massive cichla?? plz tell me the ages of them two :) i have monos n i want to know how big i can expect them to get in the tank?? they like a foot now!!!
 
Tim the badass, I think has your answer if memory serves he has a tank full of big monos. The answer is around 24" and 2-3 years of age to get there for monos. Tems are bigger and therefore are the most massive cichla.
 
My friend Tommy had 3 in the 22-25 inch range.
 
This question has been asked many times over the years and the answer never changes JohnPTC has the biggest captive living Cichla in his tank. Last time I checked in it was 34'' I think but it is definitely bigger at this time.

Yeah mine are pretty big. The biggest is probably 19". But like HCR said John PTC has the biggest cichla. His tems are huge and his monos are an easy 24" and really thick. No competition on this one.
 
whats the average size monos and ocellaris reach? people say 24 inches is that like after 10 years or an exception ? is there some more standard figures without variables inthe environment playing key factors

+2, no contest. Seen them in person. They are scary big. Just like the monster fishing photos you see from south America. Could probably swallow an infant.
