Hello Everyone,

I have 4 Giant Snakehead (Channa micropeltes) and they are, the big one is around 50cm and rest close to it, and also in smae tank 50cm Silver Arowana and 3 Oscars, I'm going to transfer ONLY the Sankehead to the New Tank.

Have anyone had faced something like this, pls HELP

FYI
The new Tank is around 600L and I can not go for larger for many reason such as Not enough spce and I leave upstair......etc.

All, your advice is need it.

Just grab them and put them in the new tank. No big deal.

Thx for the reply, but do u have any experience with Giant Snakehead?

These kind of fish is too strong, they may break the tank, and I have seen them when they get frightened they really go nuts.

anyway, I'm going to do it, but i thought someone can help with excellent advice.

I advise you move that silver arowana to a proper sized tank.

Get the big, strongest Black trash bags. Put the bag in the water like it belongs in there, and wait for one to swim in there....*make it as slow and natural as possible.

Pick up the bag with the Snakehead in it, with a quick and smooth pull. Trust me, you're going to get wet

I've never handled live Snakehead (love to), but Ive had to get a 12" Flowerhorn into a Rubbermaid bin before, Im sure its gonna do more shakin for you...so EASY, SMOOTH, FAST

Yes, bin bags work well if you double them up.

I'm sure you are aware 600l tank is not even enough for 1 Micro.
Think twice that size tank.
