The minimum for a Flowerhorn is 60gallons.. Your tank is more than enough for him. Flowerhorns are usually aggressive but from the pic that you posted, he doesn't seem to be much of a brute.
I'd offer $20 even if he is not really worth it.
Looks like he would be ok with tankmates, just wouldn't be a show stopper.
