The Grotto
This is "5Star" My lil F1 i grew out from my old wild pair "The General" and here he is with his lil female friend;) He is about 6" id say and she should be around 4.5" Ive already had them spawn once and pulled the eggs but it looks like theyre getting ready again and i may just let them raise a batch this time:) I apologize for the glare in the video but this tank is in a hard to get part of my garage lol I recently had this pair posted in the marketplace but ive decided to keep them and allow him to live on his fathers Legacy and help spread the genetics. so here is a quick lil video update of them, please enjoy:)

It would be hard for me to let a pair like that go, especially knowing the male's father. It's a good thing that you decided to keep them. That is a lovely pair!

Thank you and i hope he sticks around too, as i would love to upsize some of my tanks to hold all of my umbee pairs for their lifespan. I currently have 3 pairs from 3 different locations and although i do want to keep them all, i cant have everything i want and unless i can upgrade a couple tanks then ill have to do the responsible thing down the road and find one or two pairs a bigger home somewhere else.

Thank you Ed:) these guys were very easy to pair out and spawn, i just hope its as easy with my two other pairs.

Thank you, once i get him into a larger tank im sure he'll put size on alot faster. and as far as looking like his pop's, i think he'll look better:)
