I have 2 ID sharks, one channel, and one RTC. IDs are 5 inches, channel is 6 and the rtc is 7. I've been trying to get them to eat catfish pellets for a while now with no success, how do I get them up to eat?:nilly::nilly:

I've personally never had my catfish eat off the surface, which i why i feed sinking pellets. Although, my common plecos do eat floating pond pellets of the surface..

I want them to eat off the surface because I can't find any cheaper sinking pellets. I can get a 50 pound bag of catfish floating pellets for 20 dollars while Hikari 2.2 ounces is 10 dollars.

i pellet trained a tsn x rtc and a rtc to eat pellets by not feeding them for a while thn put pellets in the tank and if tht dont work drop feeders or w.e u feed them in the tank 1 at a time and drop a pellet instead sometimes theyll take it

seems logical to feed sinking pellets to a bottom feeder
