I posted about a few other symptoms but now i noticed along with them not eating now their stomachs look bloated and they haven't pooped any that i have noticed in days.. has anyone ever heard of this?

It is the same problem Discus have. I think it is cause by over feeding especially live or frozen food. My small Festaes had that problem and I was able to fix it without medication. I gave them strict diet of freeze dried krill until they got over it. They do have medication for it. Good Luck.
Don't feed them anything until (if...) the bloat clears. IMO if you don't treat immediately those fish are likely done for. RD had a very interesting thread recently on treating with Epsom salt via ingestion (not just in the water column), which from the looks of it would likely have to be forced down the mouths of your festae with a needle-less syringe. Another stand by medication is Clout or metro... There's plenty of info on the net out there.
+1. I will also add that I had some fish that had bloat.. I force feed them pellets soaked in RD.'s Epsom salt treatment and in 4 days the bloating went down.
