Lion Fish - it's what's for dinner!

i think andrew zimmerman from bizarre foods did a show where he ate these... i think it was in jamaica, and someone introduced lion fish to their waters and they are now a nuisance fish, so people are eating them now.
would you try it harley? i'm the type that has to try everything i can get ahold of atleast once
Sounds tasty to me, and it looks like a great way to encourage people to eliminate these fishes from the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea by eating them into oblivion although $5 says that someone who's overly touchy about eating animals that could be pets has a problem with it despite the nuisance status of these fishes.
they are predator fish so the meat must be top quality (especially if all of them are wild caught )
