As of now hw is still in the tank. None of the other fish have ever messed with him... he is aggressive, but because the others are bigger he does not do anything to them. I just wanted to keep him in his own tank... I'm almost certain he will go to the 56g in a little while, however there is a chance he stays right where he is too.
