Hey, im currently upgrading from 16g to a 30g saltwater!
So im gonna add twice the amount of almost everything, rocks, salt, water.
Half the things im gonna use from the old tank, do i have to wait for it to cycle again?
What precautions do i have to take?
Thanks in advance

and anyone please give me an idea how to make a small pump attached to the back of the aquarium(a diagram would help), Thanks! :)

Out of topic question,do i have to switch off lights and powerheads of the marine tank at night?
Or just the light?

In regards to a new cycle. That depends. If you are adding a bunch of new stuff I would probably say it will go into a cycle again. It ( more than likely) won't take the full month that a new tank takes but it will take maybe a week or so for the existing to populate the new. Just test your water quality and when your at baseline you are good. As for turning the powerheads off IMHO that is not recommended because they keep the water flowing to your drain so I would leave them on. The lights need to go at night though if for nothin else the fish need a regular day/ night cycle. It keeps their stress level down.
