Martinboy.... U didn't start this, this started about a year ago. Now, all those fake STs have grown up a bit and look like perfect 3 bar Indos. Strange how true STprices are not being charged. Prices for 6-7 inch lookalikes .... from US is $450. And they now look indo. Still nice though.

I like bushfishrock's posts. Selectively bred to get the best marked Indos. Much more likely rather than STs just popping out of nowhere.

LOL. Ya i know i didn't start the ST controversy or what ever you what to call it but I did start the thread!

Well they either breed two ST knock offs together or they clone them, because breeding two normal ITs together would only give you 1 out of 10 with odd bars while they have tanks of them the same size. It is just like breeding Ball Pythons to get the different morphs. The supply would be low if it was just left to chance and hand picking the look alikes.

Dat have yet to be bred in captivity. There is a breeding programme in Thailand to try and revive the ST, but it's at a scientific level and has only met with limited success. It's even difficult to sex a dat, never mind find a pair and mate them.
This is a fact, a researched fact, not a guess or presumption.
 
well I got a full refund on the NTT's and I really like them so I am real happy about that. Great Great customer service from ****************!!! Thats how we do it in the USA
