don't mind the algae i haven't cleaned the tank for a while since i added a few fish. the angel likes the new growth. i do scrape the tank in a rotating order so the algae doesn't die in some sections. still need to get a skimmer though been looking at them on line.

thanx, all the triggers i have are amazing. my picasso is the only one that will play at the surface with me right now. though it is the only one that has bite me in the resent passed as well...

Holy moly that is a busy tank...triggers are all lookin good though.

Have you considered vodka dosing to keep nitrates down inbetween h2o changes? I have to assume that is kinda an issue with this many fish.

Very cool. If I ever do salt water, a Trigger will be top on my list of fish to get.

thanks, i actually have not heard of vodka dosing. i'll have to look into it. nitrates are a kinda an issue, but the algae does help some. i am almost ready to start the 120gal change over to ease the load on this system. my biggest problem is my a.d.d. i can't look at a tank and see a few fish i like active tanks. my 120gal with the sturgeon, 3 channel cats, angel, bushynose pleco, peacock eel and spotted rapheal cat looks empty to me since i moved the aros into the 180gal.

triggers are my favorite! you will be very satisfied with them. just watch out for the ungillated trigger they get nasty.

very nice!!!!

thanks

your fish look pretty happy and i love the triggers and the clowns. Your triggers are a pretty good size too. Congratulations it takes awhile for them to get that big. Have you ever thought about adding live rock? helps filter a bit. The rock pieces do look cool but if they had some coraline algae that tank would look amazing

have you looked in to a nitrate reactor , will reduce nitrate fast, there are products to nuetralize nitrate prime is one. you would only need a capful so one bottle will last you a long time

Vodka dosing...add a small ammount of vodka daily - no phosphates, no nitrates. Its how I keep that many fish in my reef.
