  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yes.. Unfortunately the fish blur.. Ideally, you would have a flash remotely fired above the tank...

Too much trouble once you consider doing all of that..

Looks like the water is a litle cloudy also in that 180g...

I wanted to comment on the pin situation. aren'y you supposed to take the pins out right after you apply the solvent? Maybe I misunderstood the directions...

It is... friggin algae bloom. This is the first year that the tank has been located there so I think the sun that peaks through the windows is causing it.. Seems like it would have started a long time ago but I dunno. Why now? The nitrates are low... It could possible also be the bulbs but I am hesitant to change the lighting because the plants are doing so well... Have been concentrating on the room so the 180 isn't getting my undivided attention right now. Still doing water changes per the schedule but...

As for the acrylic, yes... You typically pull the pins after the solvent has made contact for 40 seconds or until it evaporates.. I think I am actually pulling them too soon..

Picked up three 30BR cheap but were in really rough shape... Repainted the trim & had to reseal one of them too.
