Five Guys Burgers and Fries

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
damn, that IS expensive. maybe i'll just buy the burger and bring my own soda

if i were getting it on my lunch break or something i'd get a burger here and stop at mcdonald's across the street for any size drink $1. i'd skip out on the fries too

My kids go nuts for that place, we have one down the street. Not changing the rule book for me but I do like it.

what a weird name to name a burger joint. does the owner drive a Prius and own a small dog that he carries around in a purse and use the word "fabulous" a lot?

Theres one by me in Orland Park, and it's disgusting. Their large fry has like 75 grams of fat and 1600 calories. Don't eat there if you want to live. The large fry is the unhealthiest side dish in the country.

I've never heard of them either.. but apparently we have 2 in town.. just a few miles from my house...

It's kinda retarded to say the toppings are "Free".. I mean, I'm not familiar with any restaurants charging for mustard and mayo on a burger... it just sounds good...

i don't understand the hype. everyone i talk to raves about this cut-down mcdonalds.

i personally don't like them. there's so much fat from the burger that it makes the bottom bun soggy. all the toppings are nice but not worth the price and sloppy bun imo. they don't really do anything different than any other fast food joint, so i don't see the allure.

they have nothing except burgers and fries... and hot dogs. i could understand the small menu if they did those few things better than anyone else, but they don't, not even close, and i like variety.

...it must be an atmosphere thing, because their food is completely average. it has a simple, old fashioned look to it.
