Five Guys Burgers and Fries

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
There's a long list of toppings - not just mustard and mayo - that you can request on your burger: green peppers, cooked onions, jalepenos...you get the idea. It's all made to order and cooked fresh.

And for the record, when I eat a burger (which is seldom), Five Guys is one of my favorites. Their Cajun Fries are good, too...

Matt

I've never heard of them either.. but apparently we have 2 in town.. just a few miles from my house...

It's kinda retarded to say the toppings are "Free".. I mean, I'm not familiar with any restaurants charging for mustard and mayo on a burger... it just sounds good...

Never heard of the place but I'd check em out though. So far my favorite burgers are from Wendys and Nifty Fifty's.

well i only have to drive 137.5 miles to give one a try....... i think i will go on my next lunch break.

overpriced-the free peanuts gimmick will fool you ,but they are good.Steak n Shake rules, followed by Wendy

yeah, i never understood that...i go in for a burger or hot dog and you give me free peanuts? hahaha, WTF

ps, toppings are included in price most places so paying a base price and adding whatever you want on it free of charge is nice.

I know there's one in Thousand Oaks, CA and Santa Clarita, CA. Been to the Thousand Oaks one. It pretty good! My friends have gone to the Santa Clarita one and were pretty disappointed. I'm an In-N-Out burger guy and I can say that they got some stiff competition coming.

Never heard of them either but there is one in Austin... Wow!

They sound like White Castle

Blasphemer - they are the best chain burger place Period. The burgers are never frozen and you get everything made to order. Fries are done in peanut oil- like the good fries from the state or county fair. They even have malt vinegar to go with the fries.

now i really gotta try this because in n out is the bomb, i always go animal on the fries

there's a local mom n pop burger joint where i live that's been around for about 20 years, one of the best burgers i've ever eaten before they sold it. it's still good but not the same since the sell

las vegas just opened a couple of them with in the last year or so. ive been there about 3 times and ill have to say its not that bad. they give you a CRAP load of fries with your order though... but ima have to agree with others, in n out, is far better than five guys.
