Guess what I am?

What else do you have with your Kyoga?, they are not aggressive Vics, so be careful with their tank mates.

As we speak only two Tang. Brichadi juv. , a Aulonocara "blue and yellow", and a juv. Venusus. And all of this is in a 125g, see my post about my tank, which i just finished the other day. P.S. my kyoga is the meanest in the tank!

Ah, just saw your new thread. Already posted to it as I was excited to see a Vic in there :)

Thank you, he's really a special fish to me! Got him when he was just a little guy, now he's pretty big. Still active like crazy and definitely the "class clown" of the tank. He's also quite the chameleon, his colors are all over the map, even developing some banding when he is sleeping?

Ya, I've seen some with banding...looks sweet :)

Nice looking guys there, mine has never exhibited any red in the top of the dorsal. He's way down on the pecking order in the tank so he rarely flares out. His pelvic fins are jet black with that same neon blue leading edge.

Here's another pc I found, he's younger in this one but look at his egg spots, nice little line up:

Ya im going to mix some more vics in there soon, and then im going to add one mad. in there two

Stay away from the sp.44 and nyererie, they are much too aggressive for your Kyoga. Maybe some Astatotilapia aeneocolor, ruby greens or even a fulu would be compatible. Let me know if there is something else you are interested in.

I am convinced that there not many Vics or for that matter, any freshwater fish in the hobby that equal the ruby green for color! Take a look at my RG in my avatar, just a stunning fish. Actually, I gave him away to a dear friend but I still have his brother, they are twins.

If you want "action" in that beautiful tank, get a burtoni. They breed like crazy so no females....LOL

Both dave's rare fish and california cichlids have great stock if you want a burtoni.
