I just moved my festae pair into a 75g as ill be needing the 180 to form another pair:) Here is my wild pair i grew out from Dan aka-cichlvr. The male is 6-6.5" and the female is 5-5.5" I just recently bought some driftwood from Manzman and re-did this tank:grinno: I really like the white sand with the festae, their colors look better imo. Im really hoping they spawn soon, i totally have the festae crave goin on big time:naughty: so what do you guys think of my new set up?

The Festae and tank both look great. I like their coloration better over lite substrate too. That male looks very similar to mine at that size.

They look awesome. Working on my own set also. Good luck with the spawn.

Thank you and good luck with yours too, post some pics when u get a chance:)

Sweet looking pair!!

Thank you.

Thank you bro, I appreciate it and I'm thinking about stocking up on more sand and wood so I can set up all my festae tanks that way. I just hope the bond between my pairs doesn't fall apart, I really don't want to drop a divider if I don't have too. The male is very persistent on getting her to spawn. I'm not real sure she is ready yet

It looks absolutely great. That driftwood in particular is insane! Now rip off that background and paint it black :D

Thank you Chris

LOL thank you, i might do something about the background but i will never paint my tanks. i move fish around too much into different tanks so i need my tanks to stay versatile.

Awesome Tank set up. The colors look great :)

Thank you:)
