i agree. reds would normally take 2-3 years. there are cases where a friend of mine had to wait 5 years for his red to go crazy red. therefore, not all would reach their full colour potential even between the same breed/batch..

From what I've heard depending on the species of asian arowana it can be 1 year to 5 years...
