The Unknown...
What's up everyone? It's been a long time since I posted a thread here on MFK and a lot has happened since then but without all the details I lost most of my bichirs, and along with the heartbreak of that I almost lost my desire to keep fish of any kind anymore. As the saying goes time heals all wounds so slowly I began to regain my desire for fish keeping again, and now thanks to Toyin (Africanman) and Charlie (Fish Tank Factory) I have a new bichir collection so without further adeu here they are. Enjoy

Wow blue sand!!! Never try blue color sand before. Please let us update on what's the effects of blue sand to bichirs, expecially the lower jaw species or the bichir complex. (color, pattern contrast)

Nice bichirs BTW! Also welcome back!!!

Thanks Bro! Yeah that's blue Crayola play sand from walmart. I keep it in my baby bichir tank and color wise i think it keeps them pretty neutral in color. I expected it to make them lighter but that doesn't seem to be the care

Thanks! It was hard but I hung in there! I really appreciate it!

Yeah I got the larger of my Mokes from Charlie and the smaller of mine from my LFS that had no idea what kind of bichir it was. I jumped all over that "retro" Lol!
