You definitely need a pond for the stock i see in your signature and a big one. I hope your gator is not in this main com though.....
I personally suggest that you should have 2 or more tanks to house your different fishes or get rid of some fish, but its your call if don't mind losing a few more fishes.
At the end of the day, its my honest suggestion but its your tank.

yes your right i need to house the smaller ones.. i have some extra tanks but they are reserve for something... and yes im working on the pond almost about a month now... its a bit expensive so i have to stop.. and make some mony so that i can continue with the pond...thanks mate...
All the best for your pond. Do post pics of the the stages of the pond. You might get some DIY ideas from the people here, hence helping you to save some costs.
