I cleaned up this tank tonight and got a quick picture...
I wish I could get the fish to swim out front
I still haven't tracked down those Congo tetras yet. The P. buffei were actually swimming around when I took this picture, but they move so fast my camera couldn't even see them at this slow shutter speed.

Yeah I might just try to sell off the P. buffei. They are pretty cool, but they just hover all day long in the back under the riparium plants. I will definitely keep the Steatocranus however. He also hides much of the time, but swims up front often enough and he has tons of personality too. Have you guys ever heard of dwarf Congo tetras? I heard that there was a dwarf variety and that would work better in here because it's not all that much water.
Here's another quick picture. Like I mentioned I wish I could get the fish up into the frame. I need to get some new fish that won't hide all the time.
