New Midas and Red Devil!! Please Help Sex The Red Devil!!!

Picked up these two new fish today. Love them both!!! The Midas is 12"-14" and the Red Devil is about7". Please help me sex the Red Devil. Got some pics of the vent. I've looked at pictures and diagrams online, but I cant figure out what is going on down there. An explanation of what exactly you are looking on the vent would be good too, so I can learn it!!! Thanks!

I am no pro but it looks female. the vent looks oO to me, a male would look like oo
