anybody feed their polys pinkies?

i bought some frozen pinkies the other day to see if my ornate would eat them and its did instantly. they are frozen and i have fed it a couple of times he seems to like it. just wondering if anyone else has tried them?

I've never fed pinkies, but my ornate did get an adult mouse that my buddies cat killed. She had no problem eating it.

I dont see a problem with it occasionally, but I wouldnt make that the sole food source.

It was probably dead. Mice are mammals, they cant survive freezing like a frog can...........

yeah they were frozen dead ones, seen them at the LFS. they were pretty small maybe a bit bigger then a jellybean. and no i just thought i would give them a try, my ornate gets pellets, prawns, and tilapia fillets.

I missed the frozen bit.
Even so, i believe Bichirs like many (most?) can have problems digesting mammalian meat/fat.

I feed fuzzies and adult mice to my reptiles, but I would never feed to my fish. (or pinkies)
