Pbass Wont fit in! :(

Ive tried putting this one 3-4" pbass with these 6" pbass and they won't let him join the pack. Its the second time i tried putting them together and the 2nd time he almost died. :( He cant adapt fast enough to eating in that tank with the bigger pbass. I give him time to adapt but all he does when hes in there is float on the surface and doesnt move much. Then he swims and circle and tweaks and always stresses himself out. Any ideas of why he cant adapt? The other fish i put in are fine but its just this one pbass
 
I would just move him back into a growout tank and grow him out more and see if that works..
 
Patience will keep that bass alive, I can't wait till the day I can join my two grow out tems with the rest of my cichla.

Dude, that should be in only two to three weeks, Tems grow like weeds.....................Shoot out some pix

idk if its the water or what? i mean they dont really mess with him but the clown knife i put in is fine. I had 4 grow outs i put in a barramundi 4", orino 3-4", bichir 5", clown knife 4" but i took out the barra and orino once they seemed not to eat and my bichir died this morning after day 2 so i got scared and took them out
