The dorsal on the female must used to be black for you to say that its female without venting it correct?

Now, to lessen the aggression, put a big aggressive Male on the other side of the divider...then put the female with the male you want to spawn with. The attention and aggression will be towards the opposing male, and not her.

Yes, that's true but as this fish being a fader I think we cannot take it as a reference to sex it.

That of the big male sounds like a good idea, I only have to get that other big male tho.....
 
In my exprience,FH which have black spot on dorsal fin is not very accurate method to identify gender of a FH.. I got a male with nuchal hump with black spot on his dorsal and I can show you later..sometime it's because of double/triple flowerline,sometime because of genetic(in case of texas xbreed which almost 98% female will have black spot ) and yah,I got female fader too..you can't know when she will ready to spawning/breeding like zhen zhu showing black stripe and dark colour during breeding.. The only way is when hers genital tube become more bigger(not hernia case)and more stick out like marker pen end..

Alrite people I am pleased to inform to all of you that this sunday I removed the splitter and my 2 FH have succesfully paired up.

All this sunday the both of them have been together and now at night for the way they behave, soon they are gonna lay eggs, Im pretty sure.

I cannot provide pictures,but soon.
