COTTON PADS AS A WATER POLISHER?

hmm never heard that before and been using cotton on and off of my tanks for over 20 years.ill have to look it up it sounds interesting
 
he is correct it will over time but since i change it out every month mine is never in long enough to get that bad.

This is because most people here understand the concept of quality. All they do is see a low price and assume its a better value. If I could I would ship you every WalMart in America.

you use cotton or polyester quilt batting?

I would think cotton (not polyester) would get quite rank in a month in a filter

oh it's cool then :D ill take them out in a week or two to see how much dirt theyve collected, and also what kind of a state they're in!
