20+ tanks and thousands + gallons total. Yea, it would be a hell of a lot cheaper to have a crack addiction, but the rewards MAN!

I'm currently in my office at work and have set up two viewings for this weekend to go look at a 260gal acrylic and a 180gal fish tank set ups off CL..
Your not a hoarder until you have a snakehead in your toilet, or you sleep in an empty tank. Up until then all is good
The problem with hoarders, is they can't possibly care for all the animals they have and they live in filth. Since I doubt any Peacock Bass have eaten through your electrical lines, I don't think you need to worry.

It isn't hoarding as long as all the fish are properly cared for, I have 7 tanks and all my fish are healthy...even though I have been called a hoarder multiple times haha....that show is ruining the hobby!!!
im an addict as well. i live in a tiny 1 bedroom house. in the main room i have a 96x20x30 behind my couch a 72x20x24 on the other wall and a 60 gallon on top of my dresser in my 8x7 bedroom lol. i also have a 150 gal pond on my lil patio. out of room so i built a fishroom a couple blocks away where i keep all my goodies. i own over 30 tanks and still collecting. breeding pairs of sa ca. starting my 10x3x3 diy tank in a month or so. obviously no wife nor do i have plans on having one unless i meet a fish freak like me wich i doubt. i dont see it as a problem cause it doesnt hurt anybody and i "usualy" pay my bills before i buy fish gear =)
