Are you A Fish Hoarder?? I think I’m real close…

I'm sure if all of us on here had an unlimited amount of resources/money/space/ and the blessings of our housemates/spouses/family we would not stop until we had every species known to man in our tanks, lol.

haha indeed! My family and friends already think im crazy and still I am no where close to where i want to be as far as tank setups. They thought a 75gal was absurd...then i got the 110gal and then the 125gal... recently my mom and good friend said they hope they never see another fish tank again lol(was during moving time and guess who had to help lol) I feel like the "crazy cat lady" only im the "crazy fish guy". Atleast my fellow MFKers understand...lol.

Yeah, I've pretty much decided that I'll eventually have to own a LFS of my own one day to give myself an excuse for "hoarding" fish and fish tanks, lol.
 
I know you start with one community tank. Then you go to your lfs and see somthing that wont work in your current setup so you get a new bigger setup. Before you know it you have tanks everywhere. Its lucky my girlfriend isn't into fish like I am. She always tells me im obsessed bit I tell her I could be into worse thing's.

Lol, I've slowly gotten my girlfriend into liking fish more and more. Only problem is she currently only likes the "cute little guppies", lol. I'll get her onto the monsters in due time. She did say that I could set up a 40 breeder full of just livebearers in the future and use them to feed my monster fish. I guess that's a good compromise, lol.
 
Yes for sure MFK is the only place people understand. I have a 240, 180, 150, 80. I was looking at some Gulper cats and a large ABA ABA today. Which means i start searching craigslist today for another 150 and another 80. hahahahaha
 
yes i am a fish hoarder....i enjoy watching Animal Intervention because it reminds me of my own home lol...I currently have 26 tanks operating as we speak...10 Salt 16 fresh and well over 4,000 gallons of water in my home...I am also currently building a 3,000 gal to replace a 1700 intex pool :) i know this will not be the end, But my girlfirend will probably walk out on me eventually if i keep it up haha....She knew comin in tho so im gonna do whatever i can dream up....
